Geometry Question #7

Here is the two-part question...
a. Besides being math teachers at the Cedar Hill Ninth Grade Center, there are three teachers -- Ms. Andra, Mr. Veal, and yours truly -- that have an unusual trait with their names. These are the ONLY teachers at the NGC that have this trait. Can you tell me what that trait is?

b. An Algebra throwback: What is the equation in slope-intercept form of a line that passes through the points (5, 1) and (-10, 5)? If either the slope or y-intercept is a decimal, convert it to a FRACTION!
